My video is not playing?
Well, that’s not good. Please check if your device is currently supported by our platform (FAQ ‘On which devices is TV.AE currently available?”). If it is, have you checked if your internet connection is working properly?

On which devices is TV.AE currently available?
TV.AE is currently available on iPhone (iOS 9 and higher), Android phones (Android 4.2 and higher) and web browsers. However, more devices will be supported soon, so make sure to keep an eye out for our upcoming updates!

How can I register?
Registering for TV.AE is easy. In the menu you will find the “register” option. Just hit the button and create an account by entering a valid email address and choosing a password. Already have an account? Even better – just go to the menu and log in directly!

How can I log in?
Loggin in to TV.AE is really straightforward. Simply go to the menu and click on the “sign in” button and enter your email address and TV.AE password. Don’t have an account yet? No problem, just choose the “Register” option from the menu instead and create one!

How does the TVAE app work?
Our streaming software enables you to instantly watch content from TV.AE through any Internet-connected device that offers the TV.AE app. The software may vary by device and medium, and functionality may also differ between devices. For example, this software may be embedded in a TV.AE ready device or we may offer this software as an app to be downloaded onto a device such as the Apple iPad. The use, warranties and limitations of this software is governed by our Terms of Use.

Having connection problems with TV.AE?
“Your favourite show is not loading as fast as you’d like, or even worse is the playback stopping and starting ruining your fun? Don’t worry, together we can fix it. The most likely reason is your connection to the internet.

Unplug your modem or router from power and leave it off for 30 seconds. Plug in back in and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.

Try streaming again.”

No picture is visible at all on my device?
Ok, this may look bad but you should be able to solve it. Restart your phone by powering it completely off for and leave it for 15 seconds. Bring it back to life then attempt to stream again. Restarting your phone is usually enough to reconnect to TV.AE.
